Black Youth Leadership Project's (BYLP) Student Media Program (SMP), is an innovative endeavor centered around our Black v. Board of Education Podcast. Designed to nurture budding media talents, this program offers a unique opportunity for participants to cultivate essential skills in various facets of media production.

Participants will engage in a structured curriculum aimed at honing their abilities in podcast broadcasting, encompassing both on-camera and behind-the-scenes roles. Through hands-on experiences, students will learn the art of editing, scriptwriting, graphic design, and newsletter compilation, all vital components of contemporary media creation.

SMP emphasizes the development of effective public speaking skills, equipping participants with valuable tools for future professional endeavors. By fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration, and skill-building, the BYLP Student Media Program empowers students to excel in the dynamic world of media production while preparing them for success in their academic and professional pursuits.
